Work will on the brand new 5-star tropical Resort on 23 August 2010, and should be completed by late April 2012.

The initial stage will be to lay soil over the existing lawn area which is expected to take 12 weeks. The soil will be left to settle for 3 months and work will then commence on creating a lagoon swimming pool and the layout of the resort.

As the new resort is being constructed next to the existing Hotel, it is anticipated there will be some noise and dust, which will affect the hotel rooms closest to the construction site during the hours of 08:00 hours and 18:00 hours Monday to Saturday, in the initial 12 weeks of construction.

Please note that there will be no work taking place on Sundays.
