The small Baumgartnerhöhe ski area (T-bar lift and nursery slope) is next to our house: skiable terrain for novices and families. A 2km long luge track departs on the doorstep and takes you right through the scenic Karawankenwald forest. Room information All rooms have a panoramic view. Area information At 950 metres above sea level, Hotel Baumgartnerhof overlooks the castle arena Finkenstein (which hosts various concerts and events during summer) and is only a few km from Kanziani mountain and Lake Faak.
