Open Monday to Saturday from 07:00 until 22:00. Sundays and holidays until 18:00.

From Baden, it is only a 25-minute train ride to Vienna. The public bus takes you to Vienna International Airport in 45 minutes.

Coming from the west:
- Exit the motorway for Mayerling – Baden – Mödling (junction number 17).
- Take the B210 towards Helenental.
- Passing the Hotel Sacher turn left towards Baden West.
- Following the green signs to Strandbad.
- Cross the bridge and turn left.
- You will see the hotel on your right-hand side.

Coming from the south:
- Take exit number 21 for Baden.
- At the traffic lights after the exit turn left.
- On entering Baden-East turn right.
- Go straight ahead, under the railway bridge and straight over the roundabout.
- You will see the hotel on the left-hand side.

Coming from the airport:
- Leave the motorway at exit number 21 for Baden.
- At the traffic lights after the exit, turn left.
- On entering Baden-East turn right.
- Go straight ahead, under the railway bridge and over the roundabout, into the Weilburgstrasse.
- You will see the hotel on the left-hand side.
