We are a family enterprise renting apartments in Vienna´s second district, only a few minutes´ walk away from the centre of the city and its many sights.

Our two-floor apartments are equipped with all conveniences, including a kitchenette with refrigerator, and are cleaned daily. New: free wireless internet connection for your notebook in all apartments.

Important information
Parking:
There is an underground car park at Karmelitermarkt, only a 2-minute walk away. There you can park at a special rate of EUR 11 for 24 hours. Within these 24 hours, you can enter and leave as many times as you like. The special parking cards can be obtained in our office.

You will receive the keys for your apartment at our office around the corner (Nickelgasse 1, 1020 Vienna).

Please inform the office about your anticipated arrival time after you have made your booking.
