The reception of Banks closes at 20:00 and on Sunday at 17:00.
From this time Banks is accessible with your key card via the night entrance.

When you book 5 rooms or more a deposit of 50 percent will be charged of your credit card, this is non refundable.
If you cancel a group booking later then one month in advance the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
