Ter Duinen is a small family-run hotel. The Bossu-Van Den Heuvels started the hotel in 1983 and have been restoring a lot to create this jewel along the
Langerei, one of Bruges' most beautiful canals.

It still looks new with a lot of charm.

There are 20 rooms, with all facilities.
The wonderful breakfast are served in the very cosy breakfast room.
There is also a charming lounge/bar overlooking a small patio.
During the hot days, rooms can be cooled too (air conditioning)!
Free internet service to check your E-mails (also wireless access to the internet).

The hotel has an elevator.

And there is plenty of parking available: right in front of the hotel. It is free but limited in time. Also private garages can be rent (more practical of course).

This is a place where you always will return !

All rooms are a bit different ...
Some have a beautiful view on the canal, others on the patio.
Some rooms are bigger, others smaller.
They all have private bathroom(bath or shower, wc),
hairdryer, tv, radio, telephone, alarm clock, central heating and
airco (for the hot days), wireless access to the internet .
A few rooms are on the ground floor (overlooking a small passageway).
All the others are on upper floors but we do have an elevator !

Ter Duinen serves an excellent breakfast.
Mr & Mrs Bossu-Van Den Heuvel go to the local market
themselves where they make a nice selection of fruits,
according to the season.
The buffet needs a lot of preparing because we make
fresh orange juice (we squeeze the oranges ourselves -
no containers). The fresh fruit salad is made the morning
itself. And meats and cheeses are sliced just shortly before breakfast starts. And of course the boiled egg is cooked as you like it.
As we serve such a nice breakfast, guests don't eat a great deal at noon.
We have no restaurant.
There is a lounge/bar where it's possible to drink something.
And we also have a patio where during summer one could
enjoy a tea or coffee.

Hotel Ter Duinen is not situated on the Market Square itself.
Fortunately.
It's a bit hidden, away from the busy tourist area, a discovery for most clients.
In fact, this is the kind of place tourists are looking for nowadays.
It's a ten minutes' walk to the Market but as soon as you leave the hotel you walk along a beautiful canal.
There is also a very good bus connection (stop next to hotel) which brings you every 10 minutes to the centre or to the station.
From the hotel it's easy to go elsewhere. Damme (small medieval
town) is 5km away, the coast is 20km, Gent 50km, ....

BY CAR..One can easily reach the Langerei via the
ringroad. On the ringroad there are different
entrances and you need to enter via DAMPOORT to
reach us easily (North-Northwestern part of the town).
PARKING right in front of hotel (as all over the
town limited in time>>>use of blue parking-disc).
We also have private garages (12Euro/N).
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT...When you arrive at the station here in
Brugge you can take a taxi or a bus to come to us. Bus 4 or 14
stops right in front of hotel (only 1 Euro pp).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Please note, if modified, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 12.50 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
