Air France bus shuttles to/from Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports are down the street. 2 kms to the nearest fair site (Porte de Versailles exhibition center), direct access by metro (line 12).
Numerous shops can be found in the nearby streets of the rue de Rennes and the rue d'Alésia. For entertainment, 4 theatres are just a couple of minutes away : Gaîté, Montparnasse, Comédie Italienne, Rive Gauche. And a whole range of cabarets and jazz clubs (Le Petit Journal), bars, restaurants, bowling, museums..
