Pradelles-Cabardès: Guide

Pradelles-Cabardès is a small village and commune in France|commune of about 150 people, in the Aude département in France|département, in southwestern France. It is at an altitude of 820m at the foot of the Pic de Nore.

There is a small reservoir (water)|reservoir, called lac de Pradelles, alongside the campsite which is used as a boating and swimming lake. The water is often cold but the situation is ideal with open views over the hills and there are boats you can hire.

Historically the village is known to have supplied blocks of ice to hotels before ice makers were available.
