Breakfast is served in the restaurant, Signatures, which is open Monday to Friday from 06:30 until 10:30 and weekends from 07:00 until 14:30.

The glassed Windows Gourmet-Restaurant on the 9th floor offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the Hanseatic city. Enjoy the special atmosphere and exclusive cuisine of this restaurant, which includes a cigar lounge and four separate private dining rooms.

In the restaurant Signatures with its open kitchen, the fresh preparation of international delicacies becomes something of a spectacle. When the weather is fine, you can dine on the terrace with a direct view of Wasser Platz. There is capacity for 70 people on the terrace.

The F 10 Bar has a cosy atmosphere and an extensive drinks list, ranging from the traditional to the unusual, and they also serve lovingly prepared snacks. In the hotel lobby, traditional English afternoon tea is served daily, from 15:00 to 18:00.

Room service food and drinks can be ordered 24 hours a day.

Interesting sights such as the Hamburg Staatsoper, the Hamburg Museum of Ethnology and the beautiful Planten un Blomen gardens and the city centre are within walking distance.

Right in front of the hotel, there is a bus stop for sightseeing tours and the Alsterrundfahrt (sightseeing tour on the Alster River) can also be reached in just a few minutes.

The train station Dammtor is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. From here there are bus and S-Bahn (city rail) services taking you to all parts of the city.

Arriving by car:

Via the A1 motorway from Bremen, Hanover, Cologne and Bielefeld:
- Exit at Hamburg-Süd
- Follow the A255 motorway towards the centre and the main railway station (”Centrum” and ”Hauptbahnhof”)
- Continue towards CCH/Bahnhof Dammtor
- Turn right at Stephansplatz to enter Dammtordamm
- Continue straight ahead in the middle lane and go over the junction
- Take the third road on your right (”Fontenay”)

Via the A1/A24 motorways from Lübeck and Berlin:
- At the junction Hamburg-Ost, turn towards Jenfeld and continue as far as the roundabout at Horn
- Turn right into Sievekingsallee, which then becomes Bürgerweide (keep in the right-hand lane)
- Turn right into Wallstraße and go straight ahead at the large junction to enter the road Sechslingspforte
- Turn left into the road An der Alster and continue as far as Dammtor station
- Turn right just before the Shell petrol station and drive along the middle lane
- Take the third road on your right (”Fontenay”)

Arriving via the A7/A23 motorways from Flensburg, Kiel, Itzehoe and Elmshorn:
- Exit at Stellingen and continue along Kieler Straße towards the centre (”Centrum”)
- After approximately 4 kilometres turn left at Eimsbütteler Marktplatz
- Follow the course of the road for approximately 5 kilometres
- At Dammtor station, turn left behind the Shell petrol station
- Continue in the middle lane and take the third road on your right (”Fontenay”)

Arriving by public transport:

From the main railway station:
- Take the S-Bahn (city rail) line S31 or S21 and travel for one stop until you reach Dammtor station
- From there, take the bus number 109 and get out at the next stop, Fontenay, or walk this distance in 10 minutes

From the airport:
- Take the shuttle service to the main railway station and follow the above directions
