Hotel am Thielenplatz had been built from 1951 to 1953 according to draft of the renowned Hanover architect Dr. Dieter Oesterlen (co-founder of the ‘Braunschweig School of Architecture’). It was established in the typical design of that time, being a modern city hotel with apartments and stores at the same time. One of the most prominent attractions had been the film studio on the ground floor.

As a matter of course, we also provide non-smoking rooms.
