In summer, enjoy a beer in the Beer Garden in the ruins of Castle Windeck, up the hill to west of the town. You'll be ready for a beer after the walk up. Open Tuesdays to Sundays in fine weather from 5 pm, and on Sundays and public holidays from 10 am.
Those wanting to party till late, should head to the Unicum, Hauptstrasse 107, which is open 7 pm to 2 am (3 am on weekends).

A few shops are on Bahnhofstrasse, but you will find more if you follow this into the center of town and walk along the Hauptstrasse (main street).Eat
