Cinigiano: Guide



Cinigiano is a Italian region Tuscany, located about 100 km south of Florence and about 25 km northeast of Grosseto. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,624 and an area of 161.4 km2.All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.

The municipality of Cinigiano contains the frazione|frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Capanne Ricci, Castiglioncello Bandini, Monticello Amiata, Piantaverna, Poggi del Sasso, Porrona, Borgo Santa Rita, and Sasso d'Ombrone.

Cinigiano borders the following municipalities: Arcidosso, Campagnatico, Castel del Piano, Civitella Paganico, Montalcino.
