Opening its doors in November 2006, the newly-built apartments occupy 2 private 5-storey buildings.

Three apartments offer facilities for the disabled.

The Residence has 57 elegantly-furnished apartments, situated within two 5-storey private buildings.

Each Classic apartment is equipped with a fully furnished cooking corner and private bathroom and all are soundproof. Each apartment has an individual entrance and a private furnished terrace.

The standard apartments can host one or 2 people and consists of a bed/living room, with a host of facilities.

The Superior en suite apartment, for 3 people, offers a bed/living room with 3 beds, a small sofa and dining area, a separate fully-furnished kitchen, independent entrance and private terrace area.

Each Bilo Deluxe apartment is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and private bathroom and all are soundproof. Each apartment has an individual entrance and a private furnished terrace. These apartments can host one to 4 people and consist of a bedroom, a living room with double sofa-bed, with a host of facilities.

The Trilo Deluxe en suite apartments are suitable for one to 6 people. They offer 2 bedrooms, a living room with double sofa-bed and a dining area with fully furnished kitchen, independent entrance and private terrace area.

There is no bar or restaurant on-site but sample the host of bars, restaurants and pizzerias in the vicinity.

By taking a 10 minute bus journey on the n.22 from in front of the hotel, you are just a short walk from a variety of attractions, including;

Piazza della Signoria - Florence's most famous square.

The Uffizi Gallery - The world's most comprehensive collection of Renaissance Art, including works by Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo.

The Ponte Vecchio - This bridge, built in 1345, is the only surviving bridge from Florence's medieval days, and provides a fantastic view of the Arno River. The bridge is lined with jewelry shops.

From A1/A11:
- Exit at Firenze Nord
- Follow the junction until the end.
- Continue onto Viale Zoroastro da Peretola.
- Follow Viale degli Astronauti.
- Continue onto Viale Alessandro Guidoni.
- Turn right onto Via Torre Degli Agli.
- Turn left onto Via di Novoli.
- Turn right onto Via Tagliaferri.
- Turn right onto Via Zambrini.
- At the end of this street you will be in front of the Residence. It is on the corner with Via Bardazzi.

By Bus:
From Santa Maria Novella railway station take the number 22 ATAF bus.

By Air:
From Amerigo Vespucci/Peretola airport:
- Take the Volainbus to Santa Maria Novella railway station.
- Then, as above.

An ID-card or passport will be requested upon check-in.

A credit card is requested as a guarantee for confirmation of the booking.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
