Important information
Please contact Signoria Apartments by phone or e-mail to confirm the time of check-in at least 48 hours before your arrival. Check-in always takes place at the main building.

Guests staying in annex apartments can arrange check-in directly at Borgo Santa Croce 11 in advance via telephone or email.

For arrivals on Saturday or Sunday, please inform the Signoria at least 3 days in advance.

Extra charges may apply for late check-in (later than 19:00).

There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 50 to be paid at the hotel.

Please note that the lift starts from the first floor only (not from the ground floor). There is a final flight of stairs to climb in order to reach the penthouse apartment.
