Gabicce: Guide

Gabicce Mare was once a small fishing port but now is a popular tourist destination. It has a Blue Flag beach and many hotels. Its permanent population is however under 6000. It is popular with Italians and to some extent the French and Germans but as yet few English visit it.

It has a bustling but not raucus night life with visitors promenading or sitting in the bars watching the world go by. In the summer there are many free events ranging from classical choirs to street entertainers.
