From North:
- Take the A1 motorway Milan - Rome.
- Exit at Firenze Certosa.
- Follow directions to Siena.
- Exit at Siena Sud.
- At the roundabout, keep right, following directions to Buonconvento.
- At the first set of traffic lights, turn left and follow the sign to Porta Pispini. - At the second set of traffic light turn right.
- At Via Girolamo Gigli, crossing with Via Aretina, you will find the Hotel Alex on the right-hand side, in the corner.

From South:
- Take the A1 motorway Rome - Milan.
- Exit Valdichiana.
- Follow signs for the A road Bettolle - Siena (E 78).
- When you are in Siena follow signs for the centre.
- At the first roundabout, go straight ahead.
- At the second roundabout, turn left into Via Aretina.
- Follow the indications to Porta Pispini and when you see Porta Pispini, Hotel Alex is in the corner on your left
