Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 10.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.


The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Our parking is free but we just have 10 spots and it is not possible to reserve them (“first come, first served”).
In the street behind the hotel there are many free public parking places and also our 4 stars hotel's parking, at 600 metres from us, is available for free.

All 66 rooms have a private bathroom. Some rooms have air conditioning.

Superior rooms have recently been renovated.

Hotel Italia offers its guests a buffet breakfast buffet including hot and cold beverages, yogurt, croissants, bread, butter, marmalade, cereals, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, biscuits and cakes.

Just 20 minutes walking distance through the medieval streets, you will arrive at the heart of Siena, the famous Piazza del Campo, where twice a year the horse race “Il Palio” takes place.

By Car:
From the north:
-Take the motorway A1 and exit at Firenze (Florence) Certosa.
-Follow green signs to Siena and exit at Siena Nord.
-Follow signs for the city centre (centro).
-Hotel Italia is after the 3rd traffic light on the right.

From the south:
-Take the motorway A1 and exit at Valdichiana.
-Follow signs for Siena.
-Near Siena you will find the entrance for tangenziale.
-Take it in the direction of Firenze (Florence) and exit Siena Nord.
-Follow signs for the city centre (centro).
-Hotel Italia is after the 3rd traffic-light on the right.

By Bus:
The bus stop is 30 metres away.

By Train:
The railway station is 1km.

By Plane:
The nearest airport is in Florence, one hour away by car.
