Important information 1. Please note that the hotel is currently undergoing maintenance for Sea Villas and the Jetty. The work is estimated to be completed by mid-May 2011. Renovation works will take place between 10:00 and 19:00 daily. Some noise is expected, with minimal impact to the greater part of the resort.
2. Room rates do not include ferry transfers. Ferry transfers have to be pre-booked and are chargeable, per person, per way. Ferry transfers cost RM 80 nett per adult per way or RM 40 nett per child (above 2 years old) per way. Transfers from Lumut are between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Transfers from Pangkor Laut are between the hours of 09:00 and 18:00. If guests miss the last ferry, a private boat would need to be chartered and is chargeable at RM 700 nett, per trip, per way. 3. The hotel requests that guests provide their arrival details to enable them to make early reservations and arrangements for ferry transfers. Please state your preferred pickup time as per the ferry schedule. Please contact the hotel directly to book your transfer and list your booking number and date of travel.
