Important information
The reception address is 4 Wislna Street apt 6, Krakow. The reception is open from 09:00 until 20:00 on weekdays, 9:00: 17:00 on Saturday, on Sunday and Holiday the reception is closed. Should you
arrive after reception hours, please contact the apartments prior to arrival.

A late arrival fee will apply to those checking in after 22:00.

At check-in you will be asked to fill out a registration form and settle the payment. You will also need to provide your credit card details or leave a EUR 150 refundable deposit to secure the apartment during your stay.

Please note that a surcharge applies for credit card payments.

Bookings for more than 2 apartments require a 30% prepayment (by authorising credit card or by bank transfer). We will contact you to settle the prepayment. This amount will not be refunded in case of a no-show or cancellation.
