Rica Talk Hotel opened in 2006, and with its completely unique contemporary design it creates a radical impression both inside and out.
The hotel has 248 rooms and suites, a conference department including its own lounge on the 18th floor, restaurant, lobby bar, gym and sauna.

The hotel is an integral part of the Stockholm International Fairs extensive exhibition, fair and convention centre, one of the tallest and most spectacular buildings in Stockholm and a landmark south of Stockholm centre.

Room rates include wireless broadband/internet for all hotel rooms and common areas.

Situated at the end of Stockholm International Fair, the Rica Talk Hotel boasts 248 comfortable, homely rooms just a short distance from conference rooms, bars and restaurants. All rooms are equipped with modern facilities.

The Rica Talk Hotels restaurant Meet is a modern concept based on Swedish primary products and high-quality service consisting of 130 seats.
The restaurant is an open space design that includes a view over the Stockholm International Fair main entrance and a beautiful water fountain.

The restaurant serves breakfast in accordance with the Swedish chef national team recipes. During the evening the restaurant has a more intimate feeling with an a la carte menu.

If you would like something light to eat we also offer a bar menu in the lobby bar Mingle. We also invite you to enjoy "After Fair" with live music during the nights when the fair is open.

The public transport system is excellent, including commuter trains that leave Stockholm Central between 4-8 times per hour. The journey takes approx. 9 minutes (direction Sodertalje/Nynashamn, alight the train at Alvsjo station ).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs SEK 150.00 per day.
