The buffet is available from 06:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 06:00 to 11:00 on weekends. The alternating lunch menus, offering an assortment of hors d'oeuvres, a fresh salad bar and Swiss specialities offer guests and business travellers the opportunity - even in a short time - to get a high-class lunch for affordable prices. From 18:00 our chef enchants guests with a potpourri of traditional Swiss specialities and French cuisine. From 22:00 we offer our homemade flamed tart "gourmet style".
