Poschiavo: Guide

Poschiavo is the main municipalities of Switzerland|municipality in the Val Poschiavo, a valley in southern Switzerland. It is located in the district of Bernina (district)|Bernina in the Cantons of Switzerland|canton of Graubünden, and is one of only four valleys in the canton where the official language is Italian language|Italian. The other valleys are Bregaglia, Mesolcina and Calanca. The local dialect is called Pus'ciavin.

Poschiavo has its own lake, called Lago di Poschiavo, which is located to the south of the village.

Transportation

The only connection to Switzerland is the Tirano-St. Moritz line.
