All rooms are ground floor and are situated around the tranquil interior garden, which features a central water cascade. This offers a high degree of privacy for all guests.

Recently refurbished, the bedrooms are light and airy, with a clean, stylish look that complements the ambience of the lodge.

Many rooms have oak beams which date back 500 years.

Food & beverage
You can enjoy a continental or full English breakfast in the hotel´s dining room. Guests with special dietary needs are also catered for. A vegetarian breakfast is always available and vegan, lactose intolerant or gluten free options can also be provided if requested in advance.

Coughton Lodge is situated in the very heart of England and is ideally placed for taking short day trips in every direction. Historically, this area is noted for its important characters, such as Guy Faulks (next door), Shakespeare (Stratford) and Winston Churchill (Blenhiem). There are many stately homes and tranquil estates to visit, including the lovely Cotswolds.

It is within easy reach of Stratford-upon-Avon, where you will find spectacular Christmas lights, festive craft fairs, street entertainment and the Royal Shakespeare Company. Coughton Court, an impressive stately home, hosts various music and theatre events. Warwick Castle, the Cotswolds and the Birmingham N.E.C are also quickly and easily accessible.

Travel information
By Car:
From the north:
- Take the M42 motorway.
- Exit at junction 3.
- Follow the A435 through Studley.
- Follow signs for Alcester.
- Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Birmingham Road, where you will find the hotel.

From the south:
- Take the M40.
- Exit at junction 15.
- Follow signs for Stratford-upon-Avon (A46), then Alcester (A46 then A435).
- At the second roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Birmingham Road, where you will find the hotel.

There is ample off-road free parking at the hotel.
