Travel information By Public Transport: The Metro takes 5 minutes to reach central Manchester, Old Trafford, the Manchester Evening News (MEN) Arena and Manchester Central (formerly known as the GMEX centre and Manchester International Conference Centre (MICC)). By Car (from the North): - Leave the M60 motorway at junction 7, and follow the A56 towards Altrincham. By Car (from the South): - Leave the M6 motorway at junction 19, follow the A556 and continue onto the A56 towards Sale. Satellite Navigation: Please note if you use the hotel’s postcode, satellite navigation systems will try to take you round the back of the hotel. Make sure you stay on Manchester Road, the A56, and look for the Pelican Inn. Pull into the Pelican Inn and the Altrincham Lodge Hotel is directly behind.
