Arundel Castle (5 miles / 8 km) - built at the end of the 11th century, Arundel Castle has been the home of the Dukes of Norfolk and their ancestors for 850 years. Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (5.5 miles / 9 km) - situated in nearby Arundel, the Trust offers interaction with ducks, swans and geese, as well as an atmospheric reed bed walk, pond dipping and boat safaris.

By car:
- Take the A24 south towards Findon.
- At the Findon Bypass, exit right onto the A280.
- Continue until you reach the end of Long Furlong, which will take you across the A27.
- At the second roundabout, take the second exit onto Water Lane (A280).
- As you approach the fork, bear right.
- Take the next left onto High Street.
- The hotel is on the right.
