With just 4 rooms, we can provide an exemplary level of personal service. Wake up to a delicious freshly prepared breakfast in the conservatory or dining room overlooking the garden. Then head out to explore this wonderful area of the country. Chichester Theatre, Goodwood races and the seaside are all within a 10-minute drive. Travel information By Train: Barnham Station is a 5 minute drive by taxi. By Car: From Arundel: - After approximately 3 miles on the A27, you will see a slip road to the left (just before the 1st roundabout), signed to Fontwell Village. - Take this slip road and then turn immediately left again. - Woodacre is the 1st house on the right. From Chichester: - On the A27 at Fontwell Roundabout, take the 2nd exit signed to Fontwell Village. - Travel over 2 mini- roundabouts and continue until the road bears left. - Just before the junction on the A27, turn right into Arundel Road. - Woodacre is the 1st house on the right. Important information A minimum booking of 2 nights is required over the weekends. Cancellation policy Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
