On your right you will pass the historic Brighton Pavilion before arriving at the sea and Brighton Pier (formerly and locally known as the Palace Pier). - At this roundabout, turn right and follow the seafront until you reach the West Pier. - Here you can make the next available right onto Preston Street. - From Preston Street, take the next available right and this will lead you onto Regency Square. - Brighton House is located on the north-east corner of the square. Important information The hotel does not have a lift and cannot guarantee placement on one of the lower floors. Large groups (stag/hen parties) and children under 12 cannot be catered for.
