There is an extensive, tasty breakfast in the self-service restaurant at John McIntyre Conference Centre, which can be reached in 5 minutes’ walk from each bedroom. Travel information By Bus From St. Andrews Bus Station: Proceed to Princes Street, on the shop-side, heading east. Take a bus (exact change only) to the Royal Commonwealth Pool, Dalkeith Road (numbers: 2, 14, 30, 33, 86). From here, Pollock Halls is a short walk down Holyrood Park Road. From the airport: Take the airport shuttle bus to the city terminal on Waverley Bridge. Proceed to North Bridge and from the Carlton Hotel bus stop, take one of the recommended buses listed above. Important information Reception is staffed from 07:00 to 23:00. If you arrive later than 23:00, security staff will help you check in.
