These luxury one-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments are fully cleaned, ready for occupation with fresh bed linen and towels.

Each has a light and airy lounge with a chic contemporary feel, offering modern sofas, a TV and a DVD player. A glass-top dining table offers seating for 4 guests. All modern utensils are included, and apartments have a white, fully-fitted bathroom.

Coat hangers in the cupboards, an iron and ironing board, pillows and bed lamps. Extra bedding is available on request at an additional cost.

TV, DVD player, small selection of movies on request, adequate seating (separate dining area), candles.

Toxteth is an inner-city area of Liverpool, Merseyside. It is located to the south of the city, bordered by Liverpool city centre, Wavertree and Dingle.

For a great night out, Hardman Street is very popular, with lots of restaurants, pubs, bars and clubs (2.4 km/1.5 miles away from the apartments).

The apartments are located 3.2 km (2 miles) from the city centre.

By Air:
From John Lennon Airport (10 km/6.2 miles):
- If driving, depart on Oglet Lane.
- Turn left onto Dungeon Lane.
- Turn left onto Hale Road and continue straight ahead onto Dunlop Road.
- Turn right, and at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit.
- Continue straight ahead onto the A562.
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A5058.
- Turn right onto the A562.
- Turn left onto Kingsley Road (B5174).

By Rail:
From Liverpool Lime Street Station (2.7 km/1.7 miles):
- If driving, head south on the A5038/Lime Street towards the A5039/St George's Place.
- Continue to follow the A5038 and bear slightly left at the A5039/Leece Street.
- Continue to follow the A5039 and turn left at the A562/Upper Parliament Street.
- Turn right at the B5174/Kingsley Road.
- Beaumont Street is the 2nd left.

The closest railway station is Brunswick, located on the border of Toxteth and Dingle. Regular Northern Line trains depart for Liverpool city centre, Southport and Hunts Cross. The trains are operated by Merseyrail.

For arrivals outside of check-in hours, alternative arrangements can be made. The apartments are unmanned and will require that you to contact the property 24 hours in advance to arrange pick-up of the keys.

Please be aware that for group bookings of over 2 apartments, the cancellation policy is 1 week prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night for extra beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
