Hotel information Parr Street Hotel is on the 2nd floor of Parr Street Studios Ltd. It is here where the largest recording studio outside of London is housed. Many famous artists have recorded here. There is plenty to keep you busy during your stay. Travel information Parr Street is parallel to both Duke Street and Seel Street and is one off Slater Street and Colquitt Street. By Rail: From Lime Street Railway Station (1.1 km / 0.7 miles): Head south toward Skelhorne Street, where you turn left. Turn right at Copperas Hill and then right again at the A5038 / Berry Street. Turn right at Seel Street, left at Colquitt Street and then right at Parr Street.
