 Conveniently situated in a peaceful residential area in Llandudno, just a few minutes from the main shopping centre and seafront, these holiday flats offer comfortable accommodation for 2 to 5 people. Completely refurbished in January 2008, the Penn-Sarne Holiday Flats offer modern facilities in relaxing surroundings. Each flat has its own private entrance and there is ample free street parking in the area. The flats are ideally situated close to all amenities, including golf, fishing, the Great Orme, the North Wales Theatre, a conference centre, Snowdonia National Park, Anglesey, and North-Wales’s coastal resorts. Hotel Facilities General: Heating, Gay Friendly. Room information All apartments have a dishwasher, a digital TV, a DVD player and a stereo. Area information Llandudno is the queen of the North Wales seaside resorts, with 2 beaches and a pier. Retaining its Victorian character, it also offers an extensive shopping centre. Travel information By Car - Take the M6 or M56. - Join the A55. - Take exit 18 for Deganwy on the A546. - Continue over 2 roundabouts. - Follow the road for 3 miles (approximately). - Continue through Deganwy, past North Wales Golf Club on the left. - At the roundabout, turn right for the town centre, onto Gloddaeth Avenue. - Take the 4th turning on the left into York Road. Important information Deposit Information: A deposit of 30% of the total booking fee is taken. If the booking is made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount will be taken. Please note that a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. If booking on the same day as arrival, please contact the hotel directly to inform them of your arrival time. Cancellation policy Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first two nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 5. Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
