The Baytree is a well-maintained Victorian property located in a quiet, tree-lined road only 5 minutes’ walk from the seafront, shops, restaurants and English Riviera Conference Centre.

The family-run Baytree has refurbished rooms with new furniture, carpets, beds, decoration and en suite bathrooms. If you are arriving in Torquay by train or coach, The Baytree offers a free pick-up and drop-off service (Torquay train and coach stations only).

Torquay train and coach station is less than 10 minutes´ walk away.

Important information
Minimum stay Policy:
The Baytree only accepts reservations for stays of a minimum of 3 nights during the public holiday and school holiday periods.

Payment Information:
The Baytree requests that full payment is made the night before departure. American Express is not accepted. A cheque-guarantee card is required for cheque payments.

If balance payments are made by credit card, a GBP 3 administration charge applies. The Baytree reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. If cheque or cash payments are made, a 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Deposits are non-refundable.

When booking, please include an estimated time of arrival. Early arrival can be arranged at the time of booking. Late arrivals must be agreed at time of booking.

Single-sex bookings, and stag or hen parties are not accepted. The Baytree reserves the right to refuse anybody who behaves in an unreasonable manner (no refund will be made).

In the event of cancellation, a pro rata refund will apply if the room can be re-let.

Discounts for children from the ages of 3 to 13 years are only applicable when children are sharing a family room with 2 adults. Children may not share a double room with their parents. Children may not occupy a room without a parent being present.
