Breakfast is served between 08:30 and 09:15 but an earlier breakfast can be made available. The breakfast menu includes tea, coffee, fruit juice, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, grapefruit segments, prunes, a full cooked breakfast or muffin with poached egg and smoked salmon. Toast and preserves are also available, as well as a vegetarian option and other dietary requirements such as soya or goats' milk.

Evening meals are served at 18:15. These need to be pre-ordered on the day of arrival.

Enjoy holidays and short breaks in a comfortable, friendly and relaxing environment. Take a 10-minute walk past Torre Abbey to the seafront, where you will find the Princess Theatre, harbour, restaurants and main shopping area of Torquay.

By Car
From the M5:
- Follow the A38 to Torquay.
- Take the A380.
- Take the A3022 into Torquay.
- Stay in the right-hand lane when you reach the junction of Torre station and Halfords.
- Follow Avenue Road and pick up signs to the seafront and Paignton.
- At the 2nd set of traffic lights on the junction of the Riveria Centre and Falkland Road, take a sharp left turn onto Falkland Road.
- The Buckingham Lodge is approximately 100 yards on the left-hand side (set back next to Glendower Hotel).

Transfer:
You can be collected from and delivered to the train station if required.

Pricing is based on a minimum stay of 2 nights. Stays of one night are not accepted.

Please note that as there is no night porter facility, the latest evening check-in time is 22.00.

The lead party making the booking will be liable for the cost of any damage repair or additional cleaning required due to a client's actions. This may be charged to the debit or credit card provided as surety for the reservation at the time of booking. In addition, a surcharge of GBP 50 will become payable towards the cost of additional cleaning required to bring the room back to the standard expected by subsequent guests. This will be charged to the debit/credit provided as surety for the reservation at the time of booking.

Payment Information:
For payments made by credit card, a surcharge of 2% (American Express: 4.5%) will be added to the client's bill (there is no surcharge for payment made by debit card). Please note that any balance due is payable on arrival (not on checkout).

Deposit Information:
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total holiday cost, or the cost of the first night's stay (whichever is greater), is required at the time of making the booking. This will be charged to the debit or credit card provided as surety for the reservation at the time of booking. Where the booking is in respect of 2 or more rooms under the same booking reference, the deposit will be allocated between the rooms in proportion to the cost of each room and, in the event of cancellation or amendment of the booking or part of the booking, is not transferable between rooms.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
